|Phone2PC Returns and Warranty:||
All Phone 2 PC Solutions ship with a 15 day demo period.
The customer may return the solution within 15 days for full credit of purchase (minus shipping and handling) as long as the software has not been registered (RMA required).
Once the software has been registered the solution cannot be returned for credit.
P2PC - Basic - 90 days warranty - plus 30 day technical support from date of registration.
All other Phone2PC Solutions include: 1 year limited warranty, 1 year technical support and free upgrades of official software releases during the first year from date of registration upon customer request.
Proof of purchase required for warranty service. Warranty returns require prior authorization (RMA number).
|Phone2PC Licensing and Extended Warranty:||Additional support maybe purchased as a licensing fee. The cost of the fee is 20 % of the MSRP price. Licensing fee includes 1 year additional support and free upgrades of official software releases for that 1 year period. This may be purchased for subsequent years.|
