Q- Can I use the USB Phone 2 PC products on a computer running Microsoft Window NT? A- No Windows NT OS does not support USB devices. The USB Phone 2 PC products require Microsoft Windows 98SE or later release Operating Systems (OS). You can use the Phone 2 PC (non-USB version) products on Computers running Microsoft Windows NT. |

Q- Can I use the DWI product on all phone systems? A- No, the DWI product is designed to be used on specific phone systems. Please review the specification sheets for compatibility. |

Can I use the handset interface products on all phone systems? A - The following products can be used on virtually all digital or analog phone systems as long as the telephone set has a modular handset (that is, a handset that can be removed from the telephone base): Mobile Konnector, Office Konnector, Data Port Anywhere, Konference Konnector, Koupler and the Phone 2 PC family of products. |

Q- Will Konexx products work with cell phones? A- No, Konexx products are designed to operate on digital, PBX or hotel systems. |

Q- What does manual dial mean? A- Most digital phones will not accept or recognize the analog "touch tone" dialing tones (aka DTMF tones) used by the modem for dialing. If the telephone system does not recognize these analog tones, your modem cannot automatically dial and you will be required to dial the host modem's number from the keypad of the digital phone. |

Q- What connection speeds will I receive? A- Konexx products support the V.90 protocol of the 56K modems. However, the typical connection speed attained is 33.6 kbps. |
